To demonstrate the reliability and performance of EBar’s fast-pouring self-serve drinks technology in extreme service environments, we recently worked with our Australian partners, DWW Engineering, stress-testing a 3-unit Mobile Beerwall in peak Brisbane summer conditions. The same Mobile Beerwall served Aussie football fans at Brisbane’s The Gabba stadium in July 2025.

During the ambitious ‘hot’ test, we tasked our Mobile Beerwall with serving an entire unrefrigerated keg – equivalent to 112 Aussie schooners or 88 UK pints – of Australian-based brewing company Lion’s XXXX beer to demonstrate how our patented pressure pour technology takes the heat in its stride.

From first pour to last, we’re not surprised to say our 3-unit Mobile Beerwall performed exactly as designed:

  • Perfectly chilled pours from a keg at ambient temperature 20°C
  • Zero fobbing and constant head height in simulated live service conditions
  • No waste produced and no interventions
  • Continuous service at a rate equivalent to 200 pints per hour, pouring keg-fresh Aussie schooners in seconds

EBar Managing Director Nick Beeson reflected on the success of the test:

Anyone who has worked with kegged beer at live summer events will understand how big a deal this is. The keg was not only warm – it had only been dropped off 4 hours earlier, having been strapped down in the back of a ute, so it will have had a really good shake as well. Powerful coolers are important, but what really matters here is our pressure pour technology, which allows us to keep total control of the dispense when others will be pouring foam.”
