With demand continually growing for EBar’s innovative queue-busting drinks-pouring technology, we’re delighted to be working in partnership with manufacturing experts, PP Control & Automation, who provide the precision manufacturing expertise and capacity that allow us to scale up production of our EBar mobile and Beerwall units. This successful partnership was just profiled in UK Business News.
Based in the West Midlands, PP C&A were established in 1967, and have grown to become an award-winning provider of strategic outsourcing solutions successful and respected machinery builders worldwide.
The quality of their manufacturing process, and their creation of a specialist 8-person production cell, has allowed EBar to increase weekly machine production by 200%, a vital step in meeting the needs of our growing customer base.
EBar Managing Director Nick Beeson said:
“Our simple three-step ‘order, pay, pour’ interface is proving a major hit not only with event goers, music lovers and sports fans, but also with venue operators keen to improve service and maximise revenue. This has led to a massive surge in orders, and we will have Beerwalls installed in five Premier League football stadiums, including Brighton & Hove Albion, by the start of next season.
“We wanted to source a manufacturing partner that offered us repeatable quality and, importantly, the ability to scale-up quickly and that’s where PP C&A has really come into its own.
Engineers from both EBar and PP C&A now work together on assembly improvements and technology innovation, such as our recently-introduced auto-cup feed, which shaves yet more valuable seconds off the purchase process to serve more drinks to more fans in less time.
