EBar’s comprehensive customer support includes:
- Our Sales team can provide a comprehensive commercial evaluation to show the profit opportunity EBar can bring to their venue or event. We encourage prospective customers to come and see us at other venues as ‘the EBars do all the talking’.
- Every EBar unit is tested by our Operations team to ensure its order>pay>pour system is operating to optimal efficiency.
- An EBar specialist will adjust our patented pressure pour system according to the drink type being served.
- We train Beerwall venue’s staff in pre-event performance checks and live event duties (such as keg changes, cup reloading etc). We’ll also supply checklists and full instruction packs. EBar personnel will support the in-house team until they are fully confident in running the units.
- A single test-pour immediately before a deployment is usually all that is required to ensure perfect pints are poured every time.
If anything goes wrong
- Our mobile EBar Operations Team will be on hand to sort any technical issues as quickly as possible.
- Where our team are not present on-site, EBar provides technical support on-call through weekends and evenings to assist customers with any issues their trained staff are unable to resolve.
- Our Service Level Agreements include guaranteed response and resolution times, based on the severity and impact of an issue.
Monitoring Performance
- EBar provides customers with a live data dashboard for tracking sales and operational performance.
- Issues can be remotely identified by our Support team in real time.
- The sales dashboard is also perfect for identifying sales patterns, live and post-event sales reporting.
