EBar scales the heights after reaching new 750,000 pint milestone

EBar passed a huge milestone at the start of August 2024, pouring our 750,000th pint since the business started in 2016!

 

We poured our 500,000th pint back in December 2023, so to reach 750k pints only 7 months later demonstrates just how quickly EBar has grown.

 

The speed and consistent quality of our patented pressure pour system, combined with our operational excellence, is driving EBar’s rapid adoption by venue, event and festival operators; they value EBar’s proven ability to bust unproductive queues at their manned bars, our compelling commercial model and the massively positive impact EBar has on their customer experience, with keg-fresh and perfectly poured pints of lager, cider, ale or stout poured in a matter of seconds. What’s more, EBar is now pouring kegged sparkling wine and cocktails as well as TankBeer.

 

Our customers also see the benefit of EBar’s 98% keg efficiency – much higher than a manned bar – meaning more pints poured for each keg, and a more profitable operation.

 

Having passed the 750,000 pint mark, we crunched the numbers and worked out that with our 98% keg efficiency, that means we’ve poured about 8721 kegs’ worth – that’s a LOT of beer, cider, ale and stout!

 

And then, just for fun, we wondered how high those kegs would reach if we stacked them vertically – and to our surprise we discovered that using 88-pint kegs, each 532mm tall, the stack would reach 4,639.6 metres into the air! That’s over 15,000 feet – more than half the height of Mount Everest!
